Family and Friends

This is a little about myself.  My family heritage is Irish-German and a sprinkle of American-Indian.  Boy what a mixture!  I came from a family of seven.  I have six older brothers and, yes, I'm the only girl.  All are married now with children of our own...total of 33.   In addition, I now have 14 great nieces and nephews and one on the way.  Yes the family keeps getting bigger and bigger!  My name came from my grandmother Lyons, who I hold the greatest respect for.  In the 1940's she was a midwife and an herbalist for the Centre County area.  She past away before I got a chance to get to know her...it seems like that happens to all the great people who enter into one's life.

This page is a tribute to my family and friends!  Family  and friends are very important in a person's life.  There are a few other pictures of friends  that I would love to put on this page.  I just have to  convince them to let me take the picture!  Enjoy!
